Since this scenario is almost a guarantee by now, most traders have already bought into ETH. Well... now soon comes the obvious good news of ETH not being a security, but the price will still fall.

Here's what america gets wrong: it bans things and it never learns from the psychological repercussions. If someone wants something, they want it; if that something is banned, they want it even more.
