Are you the anon who thinks all security tokens will be exempt under Regulation D? That's not necessarily true when they're being traded on unregulated exchanges. Big changes are coming to regulation involving security tokens this year. I don't think NEXO will have a hard time being added to exchanges because it is the first SEC-compliant token. It's being added to a top 10 exchange by May 10 so we'll see.
