there are valid cases for avoiding certian plastics and artificial chemicals that can leak into food, but there's never been any study that proves onions itself has any estrogen boosting or testosterone reducing features, and quite a few studies showing no change in levels.

if you want to reduce estrogen the most important thing to do is lose weight, which is usually why everyone that looks so.y is fat.
