Consider the traditional VC model in valuating technology platforms.

Sense TRON is essentially a more optimized form of the Ethereum decentralized application later, the sum total of new developers and functional applications on top of the platform. The more developers and suites/resources available to for them to foster an ecosystem, the higher the inherent value for the network.

Rough paper calculation:

Should TRON attract 900 developers building on top of the application, the argument can be made a $3 Billion value has been added.

Extrapolate this a bit further and consider that TRON has set aside $2 Billion in funding resources for developers building on top of the network.

That's an army of 20,000 developers...how much value is added in collective joint effort in building to the network? Its up to everyone to do the math.
