cmcap shows volume is confirming this last leg up but go look on almost any exchange and it's a bearish divergence.

1) lightning network isn't actually functional yet and nobody is using it for anything except to be able to say "look, i have a lightning node". there's like 3 places in the world that accept lightning payment (and they get no customers through it).

2) there's still just approximately 30% segwit usage. it's clearly not taking off.
