morning lifting.

they say you got the most T when you first wake up

so lifting in the morning would make the most sense, when you are at your most aggressive point.

I ask because i seem to get conflicting scientific opinions
for instance thay say night lifing is better to shut down the body for sleep and break down calories

the benefits for sleep come from exerting yourself any time during the day, imho. like people with sleeping problems are told to go for more walks during the day, but not neccessarily right before bed.

what i mean is aslong as you exercise you'll still feel those wind down effects because your body will be wounded and wanting to rest.

from a logical stance, you would not want to do a very extreme workout late at night, when you have been awake for like 12+ hours. you're tired and you're not at your most energetic. you're maybe lethargic from eating X meals of the day already, you know?

whatever works for you man as long as you're doing it
