I'm very shitty at shaving, would I cut my face off using one of those? Also what should I do to cut my costs on shaving. I'm sick of shilling out $40 for 3 packs of razor blades. It lasts me 3 months but still...that's ridiculous just to shave my fucking face.

Unless you're completely fucking retarded you should be fine. I cut myself with Gillette shit far more times than I ever did with one of these. Just buy one of these, they're like $30 and will last a lifetime, and you can buy 100 blades for $10 and only have to replace them every 5-6 shaves. Its really fucking cheap, even cheaper than the dollar shave club and all the other bullshit going around.

As someone who is very close to DSC (I'm avoiding certain words that you can figure out HOW close), plain and simple, everyone's shaving needs are different. I like the Schick Quatro as much as I like the Executive. And, I know people who get better shaves with the 2 blade that DSC offers, or just can't shave with them at all. A lot of it depends on the angle of blades and the spacing.

Also, Shave Butter and One Wipe Charlies. That's the shit.

No. It's easier to get razor burn because the angle of your razor matters more, but more difficult to cut yourself. I switched to a razor like that (an Edwin Jagger) four years ago and I can count on one hand the number of times I've cut myself. This, despite the blades being ludicrously sharper. I mean it's off the fucking wall how much sharper actual razor blades are compared to cartridge razors.

I don't bother reusing my blades since they are so cheap, I use a new one every shave. I still use the cartridge though if I need a fast shave and don't care about closeness or I'm traveling.

With the classic blades I have to go slower or I'll end up nicking myself.

I did buy one of these but I can't find blades ANYWHERE so when I ran out I just switched back to my regular multiblade. Also shaving with a safety razor takes like 15-20 minutes if you're doing it right (make your own shaving cream etc.) and I don't really have time for that in the mornings.
