I mainly go off of share structure, i look for any potential dilution or share buy backs. Then depending on the company i look at cash on hand and what their cash burn is and their income and where their income comes from.

If i don't see a share structure i like i usually don't make it to the next part unless it's a short term trade. After awhile it's all just a glance, if i really want to invest long term into something ill look into debt maturity dates, contracts with other companies etc.. I really don't like to invest that deeply though, try to only go with 3-6 month hold based of share structure Accumulation/distribution
