Like I said, rewards and reputation delivered economically.
The more tokens you stake as a service provider, the more likely you won't undermine the system.
The more tokens you offer as payment for completing a job, the more likely it will be done quickly and correctly.
Specific reputation traits for workers and pool operators will be recorded on the block chain.
