Just a thought:

Markets are largely psychological
Previous bullruns in crypto have come because a previously held value-limiting belief has been destroyed

The first was that blockchain currencies would never have any actual utility- when BTC was used on the darknet this took it from cents to dollars

The second was that there was no use for people outside criminals- then came ethereum and major players saw potential value and became part of the alliance

Next up is the thought that big firms will never actually use blockchain as a critical part of their business model
In order to break that belief multiple household names would have to be so strongly behind the tech that they would dedicate significant resources and time to developing their own, privately made, enterprise oriented tools to work with blockchain

The first, most critical (of course) would be a rock solid interface between existing legacy databases, protocols and standards and the blockchain world
If that kind of project were undertaken, it would be a clear signal that blockchain would be a forever ingrained part of business interactivity and that, eventually, if you weren't blockchain interoperable you wouldn't be able to compete

Chainlink won't benefit from the next bullrun
Chainlink and what it implies will be the reason for the next bullrun

Hope you're comfy

Agreed. "Smart contracts" will be the real crypto bubble. The "dot com" of 2020. It will take off once smart contracts pass what Sergey called the "tipping point" when referring to SaaS, and ChainLink is an absolutely fundamental piece of the infrastructure that will get us to that tipping point.

As the sentence is structured it implies the following:

Many posters on this board believe that a coming bullrun will benefit the price of chainlink and that chainlink will gain market share as a promising project during that time

Chainlink will, in fact, be what drives the bullrun

Mass realization of the institutional development of it will be the instigator

That you did not understand the above from my post is why people are calling you an idiot
