If you draw a downward price channel from the Jan 13th high, it looks like it's getting ready to test that channel as resistance very soon. If it manages to break out of the channel over the next 24 hours, ETH and alt season in general is back on.

Alts crash harder than BTC when BTC crashes, are you new?
Also, this hype market run in December was largely due to shit ERC20 tokens, they're dying so their big daddy eth will die too.
Finally, ICOs are mostly paid in ETH, these projects are holding onto millions of ETH which they will dump on the market slowly and suppress the price.

You make some good points, but wouldn't most of the shitcoin/scamcoin expectations be priced in by now? Subpoena season was weeks ago at this point.
There are plenty of good ERC20-based projects out there as well, which I would think will continue to create demand.
