Why does this smartcontract.com page show up constantly as being new on google?

Every couple of days the clfaq page acts as if there's something new and shows up in the recent searches on google. Can any web developers explain what's going on here? Nothing ever appears to change on the page.

Also is there a way to search for unindexed pages? It looks like this page from the original product and I would guess it's still relevant going forward

http://faq.smartcontract.com/

is completely unindexed (robots or something I guess) and can't be found via search and no longer is linked to from any other smartcontract.com pages. Is there any way of turning up other pages that they've unindexed?
