The idea that people are content with "Just work and then you can retire when you're 65!" is insane.

By that age unless you've constantly been working out, eating well, have good genes, and just winning the lottery with health, you're way fucking past your prime to enjoy your life at that point.

The thought of wasting my life in a 9-5 for the next 30ish years scares the fuck out of me, and it's why I'll never accept that as a way to live.

Even if crypto doesn't work out, there are other ways to live life. Fuck, there are tibetan monks who I'm sure have a more peaceful, spiritual life than the soulless grind for material possessions until the state says you can finally be free.
