No. The opportunity cost would be much greater than $15k. You'd lose many times more money by doing this. Employers don't want to hire someone with a dumb tattoo on your face and nobody will take you seriously.

Real tattoo? God no.

However, I have advertised as a human billboard before. Hats, shirts, temp tattoo's. Simply put the company logo on something, and make sure you're seen once or twice a week. I did a small contract where I'd wear shirts for a Car Wash company, and I had three shirts made up (by them of course). I wore em when i went grocery shopping, to the gas station, couple of times going to the theater etc.
