For cheap casual fashion, buy milsurp. Cheap as fuck and lots of patterns look good in urban settings. You can get pants of every color of the rainbow for about $20 each. I especially recommend Bundeswehr trousers if you can find them on ebay.

I live in the city and fake camo clothing is really popular. Just buy the real thing. Milsurp clothing is both durable, functional and sometimes /fa/. Can't wear jeans anymore. I like having 500 pockets.
