Why aren't you swingtrading the very obvious movement with leverage? 20'xed my initial investment in less than a month.

>> No.7872345

because you're gambling and applying survivorship bias to your results
previous margin traders have all dissapeared, and you won't have 400x your investment by this time next month (or next year)

Just got 0.006 from shorting x5 at 10,250 to 9810. I feel like a pro

I've done about 110 trades, around 80% of them has ended in profits. How is that gambling?

again, come back in one year with a blockchain signature of your BTC wallet
common sense should dictate if this wasn't glorified gambling, then there would be at least a few margin traders left beyond a few months. yet 100% of them vanish mysteriously

I have a 10x long at 9800 that I never closed because I got greedy, liq at 8900.

You mean they cash out and retire because unlike all the retards who can't into winning strategies, they actually have an exit plan?

You realize there are millions of people daytrading stocks for a living, and making millions out of it? Crypto is stocks on extreme easy mode, the market movement is 10 times as projected.

no, I mean not a single one of them shows up to brag on 4chan, which is an event statistically more improbable than winning the lottery considering human nature

>>7872511
most professionals daytrading stocks actually lose money, there's heaps of evidence on that. none of the winners make 20x returns monthly or even 2x returns monthly

basic maths for brainlets: 2x monthly compounded means you end up the year with 4096x of your original investment. next year? 16,777,216x of your investment. that means if you started with $10,000, you'd be a multi-billionaire by the beginning of year 3
now go take a look at Forbes' rich list and see if this fits anyone

No one said it works indefinitely. Volume becomes a major issue when swing-trading. If you're working with relatively small change, maybe on the order of 1-10 BTC, it's feasible though.

That would be true if liquidity was not an issue.
I don't claim to be as good as OP claims to be (I personally don't do margin trading, I only buy abnormally large red candles and sell the bounce, with which I have like a 99% success rate).

But once you start putting in order even just several BTC worth, then you'll start seeing your orders not getting fully filled. I can only really trade a fraction of the said candle's volume each time (and NOT my whole stack everytime).
