If he decided to sell he would crash the market for a week maybe, but the overall sentiment in the market is what matters, if market is bullish, people will buy his btc at 300 of whatever price he would have to sell his last bitcoin for, and the price would skyrocket after he's done selling, cause 99% of bitcoin holders wouldn't agree with him.
