Back when Binance first opened, there were NEO trading bots there that were tied to the price of NEO on Bittrex. Whenever the price of NEO would go up or down on Bittrex, the NEO trading bots on Binance would mirror it after about 5 seconds. This gave me about a 5 second window to buy or sell, depending on what it was doing on Bittrex. I figured this out pretty early and turned $700 into $100k in about 3 weeks.

I set up two monitors right next to each other, one with NEO/BTC on Binance and one with NEO/BTC on Bittrex. I'd watch the Bittrex chart, and when it would go up, I'd buy on Binance. The bots on Binance would match the price of Bittrex after about 5 seconds, and I'd also do this for selling. NEO would also do these humongous run ups 2 or 3 times a day, where they'd suddenly pop maybe 20% and then go back down.
