ICX is still an incredibly speculative token and project. any token that has a price that is based around speculation and "what ifs" will be volatile and completely depends on the greater fool theory. the greater fool theory only stops being applicable when the project is actually being used in real life. there aren't many cryptos that are used in real life for anything but the ones that are are less volatile

The korean fud fucked up this shit, i dont think it will ever recover from that. Also, its supposed to be the korean ethereum but no one in korea gives a shit about this coin, thats pretty shady.
