Alright, time to give back to /biz/ in the form of a slowly awakening giant in the making.

Here's a diamond in the rough: THETA

What is it? The strongest contender for decentralized streaming. It could save companies like YouTube and Netflix ungodly amounts of money with its technology.

Sounds far-fetched?

The team consists of Stanford and MIT graduates. The advisors include the co-founder of YouTube, the co-founder of Twitch, and one of the founding members of Sequoia Capital China and many more.

The investors include Samsung, Sony and Sierra Capital.

The current price is ~$0.21. The (private) ICO price was $0.12. You're basically getting in on the ground floor with this one. I got in at ~$0.18 myself.

Current mcap is ~$120 mil.

Ever wonder what it must have been like when people were buying ETH for $7? In a year you'll know the feeling with this.

Now the downsides:

This one is a slow burner. If you heard about them crip ta current seas and how you get a complimentary lambo overnight, avoid. This'll take off in early March by my estimate, by then it'll be too late to FOMO in for the 20x.

Its currently only trading on exchanges like Huobi, meaning if you are a squeamish normie who faints when he sees a moonrune you might want to wait until it hits Binance (it'll be too late by then) .

Yes, that's why I'm saying it's gonna be a slow burn.

However, I'm not too worried about them failing to deliver. The team is solid as a rock, the advisors are literally the fathers of online video and streaming, and Samsung and Sony are investors, not partners (ie some of their employees eat at the same restaurant as the THETA team). They'll hate to see such incredible potential go to waste and spot them with the know-how and money if necessary (probably won't be).

People complain that 100x moon missions no longer exist but this is it in my opinion. Iron hands holding on to this until EOY will be rewarded handsomely.

Of course it'll also mini-moon in between once the marketing (currently 0) gets going and it moves to more roundeye-friendly exchanges and people realize what we're sitting on, but for now it's completely under the radar.

I'm holding on to this with a death grip until EOY. I'm gonna make it, bros.
