I was up about $400 earlier this morning, now I'm down about $200.

For brunch I browned about 1/3lb of ground venison and seasoned it with taco seasoning and some garlic & herb. Once I cooked the liquid off I added a spoonful of salsa to it and cooked the liquid off once more then I cracked an egg into the pan and mixed it all up. Formed it all into a patty and cooked it on low heat until the egg was cooked enough to hold everything together. Melted a little cheddar cheese on top at the end. Not bad, I'd give it a 7/10, just wish I had some fresh fruit or veggies to go with it.

I've got about 100lbs of ground venison and another 50-60 lbs of large cuts of roast, backstrap, etc in the freezer from this year's hunting season. My friend lives in a tiny town home and hunts on a lease with a bunch of guys who are only in it for the horns so he brought me like 6 deer to process this year from his lease (a couple were his, the others were doe that the other guys killed and didn't want to mess with). It took several days to process it all but I'm set on venison for a good while.

I was watching the level II of HIMX today and there was a 100k buy wall at 8.12.
