Hello NEETS and moneygrubbers. While you are here trying to figure out if Bitcoin will save you from serfdom, why aren't you trying to improve your worth by becoming more attractive? Big returns on investment both financially and intangibly. Attractive people make more money, are seen as smarter, are more respected, are seen as trustworthy, have hotter wives. All things you hope to achieve by wearing wealthcore shit once bitcoin/oil/ur lmaostartup idea hits the jackpot. It's a spectrum of course, so if you're born quasimodo, you can at least minimize the prejudice by looking better. Why not put a fraction of your effort into making sure you look nice through fitness, clothing (fits well, isn't a sonic t-shirt), hair/skincare? Women understand that this carries lots of value, are men too proud to place value in this or do they just hide the fact that they fooking care?
Bonus- women will love you more if you are actually attractive and not just a rich fuck. whynotboth.jpeg

Also I just wanted to point out how similar both boards actually are:

>both are centered around self improvement and rigid discipline
>both have to deal with plebs starting "ok im fat as fuck how do i get fit in 2 weeks" or "how do i 20$ into 200k in a month"

They're very complementary and adopting the ideals of one board will get you closer to adopting the ideals of the other, due to their inherent similarities.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine.
In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now.
After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I look very good now compared to how I looked before.

If I looked about 5/10 face wise, my face is now at least about 7/10 conservatively speaking.

This was really hard work, but recently I've been able to look in the mirror and really feel good about myself. Feel happy, knowing that I did the best to preserve my looks well into 20s and improved a lot.

It's a great idea if you have real faults and want surgery like Le Fort I, II or III (god forbid). Or orthodontic surgery.

Implants and fillers, however, mostly fail. They look unnatural, too "puffy" or whatever the word is.

If you have jaw issues, consult with orthodontist, you might be eligible for a surgery.

I think rhinoplasty, jaw surgery and hair transplantation can dramatically increase your looks. Other procedures - not so much.

I think all kinds of non-medical cosmetic surgeries should be outlawed.

Think about it. The only reason you'd do this would be to hopefully fool a person from the opposite sex into choosing to mix your genes with theirs to produce offspring. Your putting your own needs over those of human gene pool and those of who you'd attract by doing it. Noone wants an ugly kid with shit genes.

If, on the other hand, someone with good genes would choose someone with bad ones for whatever reason, they should be allowed to do so because it's their own choice. But fooling their subconscious into thinking you're a suitable mate of equal or even higher quality is mean.

Also nothing changed visually about the lower two examples.

I'd murder the upper one though.

Yes. About skin care, if you are having issues, just visit a high ranking dermatologist (preferably with pHD) and you will get prescribed custom medicine specifically for your skin. Don't tan. Use moisturizer and sunscreen in summer. Use shades in summer when you are outside.

Voice improvement - you just have to train it. Put big A4 papers before each ear and listen how you sound when you talk (this makes sound go around so it sounds as people hear you). Stretch neck upwards and tilt head back and speak then. You will get a lower voice.

Hair loss - if you are getting any signs of hair loss, hop on daily 1.25 mg finasteride ASAP. This is the best drug against hair loss. People will scare you with sides, but they are minimal (if any) for 1-5% of people and go away if you stop using it. I recommend 1.25 mg daily finasteride with 5% Minoxidil applications 2x a day and washing your hair with Nizoral shampoo 3x a week. You most likely won't regrow hair with this, but you can slow down hair loss dramatically. If you have lost too much, you might be a candidate for hair transplant once you stabilize your hair with drugs. Choose only doctors from IAHRS with proven track record.

My father was very bald by my age, but I managed to thicken my hair and slow down hair loss with lots of treatments.

They shouldn't be outlawed. I like to see beautiful people. Having kids after these surgeries should be outlawed. And, in fact, a husband sued wife in China because they had an ugly kid. Also, keep it mind that it's not just genetics. The guy in picture most likely was a mouth breather and ate shitty food, so had improper jaw development. If you eat like the obongos in Amazon jungle, you will have nice wide jaw with horizontal growth. Mouthbreathing is another aesthetics killer. You have to keep your teeth closed with tongue against your mouthroof. This improves facial bone growth and posture.

Minoxidil and nizoral won't help alone. They are BS. Just start using finasteride to slow progression, then get a HT after a few years of stabilisation.

Erectile disfunction won't be a problem unless you are a super Low-T beta, even then, as I said, it will go away.

No use of that dick if you can't get a girl to put it in anyway (and if you have odd head shape and are bald, you won't).

On the bright side, people with the financial means to get frivolous non-medical cosmetic surgery done have at least proven that they are able to function better in their environment than those who are not financially able to splurge on cosmetic surgery. That counts for something right? I know I'm treating the attribute of thriving in a capitalistic environment like a "gene" but maybe, just maybe the genes of the individual in this situation has something to do with their success; and maybe that's worth mixing into the human gene pool.

>What is Avodart and do you buy your shit cheap
Avodart is a stronger anti androgen than fin. I would not recommend it unless you are sure that fin is not working. Avodart is generally for treatment of prostate cancer. It's more expensive and I'd buy it in a legit pharmacy, not order online. Wouldn't want to get fake shit and have my hair falling out.

For both fin and avodart you need a doc's prescription. Ordering online might work, but I'd rather buy the real deal at pharmacy. Fin is dirt cheap anyway.

That sounds good but it would never get the support of majority because it infringes too hard on the one single thing almost everyone wants and can feel empathy towards those unable to do it. It'd be much easier to ban cosmetic surgery.

>And, in fact, a husband sued wife in China because they had an ugly kid. Turns out wife was horrendous and had numerous plastic surgeries that she did not tell him about. He won the case.
That's a meme and the picture is from a cosmetic surgery ad.

>>682937
He was a mouth breather because he had shitty genes. Probably asthmatic and allergic to everything and had permanent stuffy nose.

Eating shitty food would also ruin your sperm, which means that while the quality of your own genes doesn't change, but the quality that your sperm gets, does.

In fact I'm a mouthbreather myself but my jaw is a-okay thanks to genes.

>>682948
That's not even taking into account all the other problems shitty genes produce.

>>682968
Firstly you're overestimating the cost of cosmetic surgery. Or maybe you're just from America. In free healthcare countries you just need to cry about your shitty jaw ruining your life and you get it fixed for free.

I have experience with overdosing on vitamin A.

I decided that the best way to get a nice tan was to eat 20 or so carrots a day.

Theoretically it is.

What I did not know, was that overdose of vitamin A can lead to hair loss/hair shedding.

My hair started falling out at accelerated rate and I could not understand why.

Once I quit the carrots, all went back to normal.

Carrots: never again.

Best thing for safe tan (well, relatively safe, we haven't tested it long term) is Melanotan2.

You won't have to go tanning and will naturally get darker skin and darker hair. But it doesn't work in all cases and has it's drawbacks. For example, it comes along with increased horniness, low appetite and if you have lots of skin marks, they will get darker.

It doesn't. My temples have receded, but I cover them with longer hair and it looks like I have a full head of hair. My hair is thick overall, only the temples have receded.

It would be stupid to have a HT when you aren't even 30 and don't know if your hair loss has stabilized. Much dumber to transplant hair and keep receding.

>not understanding genetics is the single biggest determining factor in body shape.

I am mostly mesomorph, which means muscle gain is easy for me, but definition or sculpting muscles is not.

>inb4 muh bodyfat

I could school most people on bodyfat, including their doctors. I have been at 8% and 10%

Source - me (10 years as a personal trainer, studying, practicing, training. And observing client data from peers - endless self-experimentation with nutrition, training, massage, etc)

I've probably spent more time studying and applying methods than 99% of the people on this planet.

My conclusions -
I am 'triceps dominant' so benchpress is worthless and overrated. Kudos on that. I have to modify most exercises - many PTs are not even aware of this and select what works for them too often.

My thyroid gland was severely underperforming for years, which meant I gained weight and lost energy. I am predisposed to 'bitch tits' because of this and have to work 10x harder to get ANY definition or shape. ever underestimate bloodwork, anon's, get it done once again year at all costs.

Believe me, I know what you are saying.
I am not talking about overall results, I am saying you cannot, for example, point to a Mens Health cover model and say 'I am going to look exactly like that one year from now.'

Example - the 'six pack' is actually an 'eight pack' - over 80% of people will never see the last two sections (below bellybutton) due to genetic potential, also some sixpacks are lopsided, or irregular.
Can you define it? Yes. Can you make it bigger? Yes. Stronger? Yes. More visible, less body fat? Yes. Change the actual SHAPE? NO.

You cannot change the muscular SHAPE into anything you want, your muscles are not Play-Doh.

I get the bulk, and some definition, yes, but don't get that tapered, aesthetic look, I just get that 'strongman' Bluto-type look, which I hate.

Well, you sure showed me with your superior knowledge.

Which part didn't you understand?
I could have got more scientific, but had to dumb it down.

Do you guys even know what I am referring to?
I want cosmetic surgery to enhance the outer, lower pecs, the shape of which is, genetically determined. Not to get a bigger chest.

I am talking aesthetics, science is always gonna be sketchy on this, since scientists rarely do experiments on the aesthetic qualities. They focus on strength, performance, endurance, etc - things that athletic or government organisations will sponsor, and 'serious' srudies that justify their expensive sports science degree they spent four years doing (90% outdated theory they will literally never use, by the time they qualify, many bodybuilders have already tried and discarded what they studied, and are trying out the latest methods in real life, not a lab.

Studies need funding, who is going to fund a study on 'how to get the best-looking chest?' - does that even sound like a serious study?

I am talking from real life results from hundreds of clients, and insider knowledge.
Most PT's won't waste their time explaining any of this to you, since their time costs money, and most clients want to be told what to do, not a science lessons, get the picture?

Tl;dr - you can read thousands of pages on 'studies' and 'research', but not a single one will tell you how to get a decent sixpack or great chest.
