I really like Starlight Glimmer's color scheme. The purple goes so well with the turquiose and her yes. Her mane is nice and flowing and would look good no matter which style she chose. Her butt looks very firm and juicy. She is one of the more dynamic and well written characters in the show, more so than most of the mane six (think AJ and fluttershy, their writing has fallen off quite a bit as of late). She is next in line for promotion to princess. Her magic abilities are 2nd to none because of her hard work and dedication to improvement. She's not a mary sue like twilight who somehow manages to find time to read every single fucking book in the entire world while saving equestria and being a princess at the sam time.

Okay. I normally format all of my posts as bold italic header. But I just can't today. I am literally shaking. I was on TV tropes a few minutes ago, searching for inspiration for a novel I was writing. I looked under the examples of some tropes which describe characters I have. And do you know what I learned? The scariest thing isn't the Hellraiser movies, or any of the SAW films, or the shitty found footage horror films, horror novels, or anything like that. No, it's my little pony fanfiction. I am terrified. Let me tell you something. I have watched one episode of the series with a younger sibling. It was the one where fluttershy befriends discord. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't my cup of tea either. The voice acting was just too... oh god, it hurts my ears. Discord was my favorite character, since he did all of this cool shit. I read about the plot om TV tropes in case there was anything I could steal for my novel- not much luck there, though...

I just thought anyone trying to make fanfiction of it would either do it flawlessly, bad enough to fade into obscurity, or just batshit insane like the infamous My Immortal or "thirty h's". Those were fun. But the things people have made? I didn't even read them, and I'm scared shitless! I just looked at their TV tropes pages! Did you know that there are incredible writers out there on the caliber of stephen king who decided that the best possible thing to do with their lives was to create hundred thousand page long works about horrifying scenarios Equestria can fall into?

I have seen rape, murder, genocide, and fates worse than death everywhere. I have seen the MLP multiverse be ravaged by every character in the series. You know Twilight Sparkle? There's one fanfic where she apparently kills trillions of ponies in order to punish Discord for all eternity. HE WAS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER! Jesus fucking christ. In another one, all the main characters are evil and, you guessed it, rape, torture, and kill people. I was genuinely frightened.

AND ALL THAT IS BEFORE I FOUND THE FANFICS WITH HUMANS. Do you know what Lovecraft is? It is about pathetic humans faced with horrors they cannot comprehend, which care nothing for human life, and who have no hope of ever being defeated. Encountering them would be mercy compared to finding Twilight, Celestia, or god forbid Derpy Hooves on a bad day. Cuthulu will at least let you die. Cuthulu probably doesn't even hate you- you're just an ant to him. Humans do not hate ants. But alternative character interpretations of Celestia do. She won't let you die. She hates you. She wants to see you suffer.

There is one fanfic that doesn't even have any actual ponies, magic, or a real equestria in it- it just features an AI built by Hasboro who ends up assimilating humanity into the matrix, which in this case, is a digital equestria. This is the most tame one. In another, an evil version of Celestia apparently opens a portal to our world. She turns humans into cyborg pony slaves and humanity is useless. We apprently rigged their own planet to blow up just so we could die as free humans instead of being subjected to the torture Celestia had.

And finally, another fanfiction is a crossover fanfiction OF ALL THE ABOVE AND MORE, as part of an infinite time loop. Twilight killed herself to avoid being raped by the rest of ponykind in one loop. Then it restarted. Then the Conversion Bureau happened, then the Pony POV series... it never ends. And she and others had to live with the fact that worse would happen again, and forever.

People put millions of words into each of their fanfics, with myth arcs and years long plot lines. What do I do? I have no hope of standing up to these authors. They are apparently incredibly talented people, who write everything flawlessly and at great speed, who managed to illicit fears in me I had no idea existed. I am terrified by just having the works described to me by the TV Tropes community. If I read it I will likely go into cardiac arrest out of hopelessness. You will too.

Do you know what fear is? Because I do. The creators of r/bigbangcomics and r/bingbongtheorem, the creators and destroyers of big bang subreddits, you are nothing. I know what fear is now. And it can be purple or white depending on how whether you would like to be raped into your new robot slave form or killed endlessly for trillions of years, to be brought back to life each time, as all of your friends across every multiverse are taken as well, not even intentionally, but as casualties.

But maybe there's a spot of hope somewhere in all these worlds. The stories have to end sometime, right? An end to the pain. I wish the characters mercy.

MLP is undoubted a great show! Even if its meant to be for younger children, its messages are so in depth that even full grown people can use it to their advantage in their every day life. The ponies in the show have so much personality that all its viewers can relate to, and they also get into road bumps and challenges that we as people also face daily. It's full of realism as well as fantasy that just makes it more exciting! Many people just says that MLP sucks and its overrated, but those people don't even watch the show, they just look at it and says it sucks. Well, you can't judge something by just looking at it! At first when I saw MLP I was like, seriously why am I even looking at this boring thing? But I decided to give it a try and BOOM I fell in love with in ever since. I was so glad that I laid my eyes on that MLP commercial which brought me into the wonderful fandom. You can't say you hate something or something sucks before even watching and understanding it first. Anyone can like MLP if they just give it chance! It may just look like a little girls show that only younger children may like, similar to the previous generations. But inside the show and within the plots, the characters come to life with their realistic personality, dilemmas and goals and as they solve through their tough life, it ends on a lesson that we can carry on throughout our lives. And we must always remember the most powerful magic of all, the power of Friendship!
