I know bad times are over for now but I don't like to watch my blockfolio all the time. It's becoming a problem and I have finally set up my hold positions anyways.

If I delete it and reinstall it does it save my folio in the meantime and I get it back?

Also, how do you keep yourself from checking it every 5 minutes? I feel like a degenrate instagram user or something...

In exactly the same boat. The reason is I crave the dopamine boost I get from watching the numbers shoot up in the green.

Just try to limit it and when you do it - think about it consciously:

>why am I doing this?
>am I looking for a mood boost or do I need actionable information?
>do I really need this boost now? Maybe I should read a book, talk to my gf, go see friends, lift etc..

and sometimes it's ok to look at it for fun, but try not to overdo it and be wary of the fact that it can turn into negative emotions if the market dips. Don't let it control you.

I will record and archive all my trades for tax reasons this weekend anyways so I hope I can uninstall it and just live life again.

If you're not day trading, then what difference does it make to check your blockfolio at all? Looking at the numbers jump is going to make more cortisol than money.

Delete your app and go lift some weights. Come back in a year with physical and financial gainz
