Realized i'm going to need $6m to make it.

>Even a reasonably nice house is 1.2m
>2m into ETFs/stocks at 8% = 160k a year
>30k + 37% tax = 80k a year
How does it make any sense to live in a first world country any more? I don't see any way around moving to Thailand or Poland any more.

Broadview isn't even that nice of a place, it's okay but it's not great. This is in Adelaide as well. The situation gets a lot worse in Melbourne and Sydney.
