cant get a job seeing people claim they apply to 1000 places and only get a few responses, i am autistic and not that much works for me what the fuck do i do bros

i cant keep waking up everyday while the world tells me i am worthless, our society degrades

and all i want is like a semi-fair shake.

i keep trying to leave neet life and they fucking wont even let me

i have decent experience even and a background in lab work

my resume has been looked over by quite a few people, i dont think thats the problem

the problem is they give all the good jobs to white women and even a fucking hotel denied me for front desk or housekeeping

i have never experienced anything like this in my life, last job i just saw a lab needed someone, applied and i got it

now i am submitting like 50 resumes a day with just no response or rejection

Theres nothing to do thats just how it is. If you are applying off a job board, the process is going to suck and its going to be hundreds of applications before you get a job. Its a humiliating experience but accepting it for what it is makes it a little better.

I'm probably going to be dealing with this again soon. Thus far in my life, I've taken my time with each application in the hopes it's good and that increases my chances, so I spend like 1+ hour on each one and can do 1-3 per day, and I feel ready to give up after a month. Would it genuinely be better to not personalize any of them, just do the bare minimum and be done in 10 minutes so I can fire off like 10-20 per day even if they're all shitty?
