Additionally, the chart is showing clear signs of being farmed over and over again, which would explain why someone would not want to implement a staking program, as that would greatly benefit all holders instead of just the top wallets, that said, a staking program would be harder to manage and thus, unless being handled by a benevolent team, would not be the objective.

I don't worry too much about the Apu whales because they didn't sell off even after the coin rugged from $50m to under $1m mcap. Clearly they're in it for the long haul. Meanwhile the dev has a proven history of being too shortsighted and r-selected to hold when the going gets a bit tough and clearly never really believed in his own project and the potential of Apu. I think that's where folks are coming from.
