Cut onions in half, garlic in cloves. Olive oil (extra virgin) on chicken thighs on both sides and on the veggies. Chicken spice mix on both sides of chicken. Throw in oven at high temperature. Don't bother preheating. It'll work. Just max temp and wait 30 minutes. It'll be delicious.

Parcook potatoes 5 mins in boiling water. Don't bother peeling, just cut away the rotten bits and the parts that are sprouting.
Potatoes cut in fries. Melt butter and mix with potatoes. Then throw in oven. Wait 20 minutes or until browned to your liking. Add grated parmesan cheese for extra best taste. Add salt afterwards.

It's my bestest most deliciousest meal. I do often get the shits but that's because I add way too much parmesan and my body rejects the amount of fat. It'll be okay. Over time my body has learned to accept the fat and the defeat.

I like a good rice and lentils. Wash the lentils looking for anything floating that isn't a lentil. and anything rock that isn't a bean. Simmer the lentils in 2x volume the water than the beans take, with salt, no oil, for about 15 minutes. If you simmer you don't have to stir. Rinse your rice to get rid of the dust and excess metal. Then soak the rice at the 10 minute boil mark for 5 minutes in 2x the water to the rice.
At 15 minutes simmer, put the cold rice water and rice into the lentils, and add teaspoon garlic and a tablespoon of oil, and salt. Turn to high. When the mix starts to boil put in a half teaspoon of tumeric, a teaspoon of cumin, and a half teaspoon of some pepper of your choice, can be anything if you like it hot, make it hot.
Stir for 1 minute at a boil and put a lid on it and cut the heat to simmer. Let steam for 20 minutes.
Serve with joy that you just made a complete protein that cost you less than $.10/ounce and now have more to lose in the market.

Lentils are great because you could just put them in with the rice, and as long as you get a good boil and leave it on simmer for a half hour, then rest with the lid on for 5 minutes, they are edible as is. Do anything you want, all you have to do is remember to lid the thing at a good boil and immediately simmer, pull from simmer at a reasonable time, and not take the lid off until you're ready to eat (at least 5 minutes after pulling from simmer.
I just gave you the extra steps cause in the single step either the beans just a bit underdone, or the rice gets extra fluffy. The spices are what does it though.

Bag of frozen peas, small ham steak cooked, onion, salt. Pretty simple. Thaw peas and puree in blender with some water. Trim fat from ham steak and cut into small squares, dice up onion. Slice the onions in halves and put them on the bottom from the beginning. Halfway through or when the top layer starts to crisp, break the onion up and let it cover as much of the bottom as possible so it can all crisp up. Make sure the oven is on airfryer or like hot ventilator mode that's how you get the best crisp.
I've been too lazy to make my own spice mix but definitely try to use ground paprika (although that too is often halfway fake, spices are fraught with fraud). It'll give a beautiful color. I'm going to try and make my own spice mix next time. But you should do more than salt and pepper. There's so much to choose from. Ground cardemom, ground paprika. I've even been thinking about incorporating honey. Not sure how yet.

I have quite a few major expenses (traveling to Indonesia this summer) along with backed taxes on my parents who passed properties among other things. Anyways I could possibly face a liquidity crisis this summer until my paychecks pick back up again in August (I am a teacher and don't opt for reserve pay so I have 5 more paychecks coming).

Would this be a time to get a 0% intro APR credit line and push all my expenses to it? That would leave my bank account to cover the expenses like car payment, student loans, etc. I know in my head this is the right option, I just need one of the bros to hold my hand with it. I have 770+

Yeah, from the sounds of it you're not ever going to be able to afford a home in the next few years anyway. Go for it. You'll get dinged on credit usage and the new line and depending on how close you get to maxxing it out you could see a big fat dumper on your credit score. But that only matters if you are planning a big purchase. If you're surviving 3 months on just 1 credit card, I imagine the limit would be $12k so try not to blow more than 6k over the next 3 months.

My employment is extremely safe (I am a teacher in a district down bad for them). My current credit line is something north of 26k or more and its all paid off in time. I'm just having an acute credit crunch over this summer due to trip plans and unforeseen expenses like having to get a car. I'm not looking to buy a house anytime soon, because I dont have long term roots in the area I am in currently because its full of poor you know whats.
