Suppose you have a lot of money already enough for two or three lifetimes but you want to have a job anyways and you don't care at all about the money; what kind of jobs/careers that don't even pay much or at all would you pursue? Theology, philosophy, arts? NEETing is fine but it sounds way cooler to have a job nobody wants because you either don't get clients that often and even if you do you don't get paid that much (i.e tarot reader) Sometimes I just want to be an uber driver just for the experience, even though I'm an awkward introverted fag. Anyways, thanks for reading my blog and don't forget to subscribe

You don't really need a job, just a productive hobby. Maybe carpentry? It has the upside of being productive without the bad parts like deadlines and stress.

This has to do with recognition from your peers while providing a sort of service to people in society in general. A productive hobby is just useful for yourself, which is not bad at all, I learn languages , I wish to learn how to play the piano at some point, getting better at chess, etc, but it's not the same as having a job or a profession in which you interact with people and maybe even gain some fame and recognition from them.

Start your own roofing business. Buy a van, hire a couple of dropouts and one guy that knows what he’s doing then pretend to be pissed off all the time. You’ll get lots of exercise, sunshine and socialisation

Yea it’s what I do for a living, I would never quit however much money I make. I’m not a social or outgoing person but I get to be in a nice little team doing hard work every day, I realised during lockdown that it is pretty much the only thing that keeps me sane and healthy. If I quit I would be a fat shut-in within a year

Structured private tutoring where I get personally taught the topics I want with as much practical application as possible with extremely good teachers.

This could be for sport such as freediving which I already do, languages, cooking or anything else I fancy.

It's what I always wanted desu. But eventually I'd need to create rather than just learn I suppose, so long term I've no idea desu.

>suppose you want to be ordered around by some guy for free
Have you ever had a job? You follow orders for money. Following orders is not my idea of fun

That sounds like a 15 year olds idea of what a job is

You really want to be a commercial pilot?

I always cringe when I see what they have to go through for what they get paid.
The caveat is they get to play flight sim in real life do aesthetic approaches near landmarks and cities.

We all have a desire to feel we are important. We all want to be heroes in a sense, we're wired that way. Imagine all the times you fantasized about being the president of your country and somehow doing all the right things to lift up the economy, or giving money and hope to some beggar while giving him food and shelter and somehow helping him finding a job, maybe saving a child from being hit by a car just in the last moment and save his/her life and people call you a hero, maybe fantasizing about being interviewed about that and saying cool and inteligent things, or fighting with two armed bank robbers and desarming them without killing them and saving the day . We're all fags hungry for being heroes. That may sound childish but we're all childish fags anyways
