Im in a similar position and id be happy with a x3 (european). That would be enough for me to leave full time crypto and build some real projects.

What are some safe bets for a x3 in the top 50?

You need to trade at least half (probably more) of that LINK for smaller tokens. 80% projects that look good, 20% memecoins that might blow up randomly one day. LINK is a crab coin, you'll be lucky if it ever touches it's ATH again, and even that would only net you a x2 of your net worth.
