Because they radically changed their business model recently when they decided to make Unchained. The process is taking a while because they aren't starting from scratch, so they need to break everything up in a legal way. This is bureaucratic bullshit, but it's a lot of paperwork and takes time to get existing bookkeeping in order.

In the background they have spoken to some CEXes, but have decided to aim for the big boys even though they likely won't get listed with them. Reason being is that even if they don't get listed, these bug exchanges can tell them what they need to do in order to get listed eventually. But to directly answer your question, no one really knows. I suspect it will be within a month.
