Seeders get paid, and then those users would also want to get paid as well, so they'd begin seeding after downloading. Files will download faster due to the large number of seeders, and the network grows from there.

Seeders can set the price in UFR of the files that they're seeding. Rare files can demand a premium, which incentives others to also seed that file. And so on and so forth. Add in bounties for quality/scarse files, and this could really take off if the network works well.
