Does anyone know why XRP is underperforming? I longed the breakout at $0.70 and it is now back at $0.58, but there hasn't been any negative news? I'm a bit puzzled.

It is not a memecoin though? It is the only official one with actual utility.

It has legal clarity and Ripple is a very serious business with a lot of partnerships.

you don't own stock in the ripple company bud. it doesn't matter how many fake parternships they have or that they sued the SEC or whatever

I know you're going to think that I'm malicious or trying to FUD or whatever, but Ripple is not a good pick. It underperformed last bullrun as well, and this bullrun it will probably be no different. The only time you should be proud to say you bought Ripple is before the 2017 bullrun. I know you don't want to hear this, but please seriously consider buying something else. I'm not going to suggest anything because people will just call me a shill, but pick something else besides Ripple. Yes it has legal clarity and I'm actually really glad Ripple went through the trouble of fighting the SEC to obtain some legal clarity for all the other digital assets, but the token itself isn't going to crazy highs like 3-4 digits like some people claim. It probably won't even break 2 digits this bullrun. Shit I'll be surprised if it goes to the 2017 high $3. My words will probably fall on deaf ears because its very difficult to admit you made a mistake, especially when it comes to investments; I know it hurts to sell. Also if you're just trying to trade it then maybe it's not the worst thing to try to long/short but definitely not a long term hold.

Fuck you, you stupid ass bitch. It is objectively true that Ripple underperformed last bullrun; if you held Ripple in 2021 you really missed out on a lot of gains from every other coin. I was around when Ripple went from $0.007 to $0.25 and then it fucking exploded to like $3 at the end of 2017 and it really has never recovered since. The company owns all of the tokens not in circulation which isn't good (the only good thing is that it's a transparent ledger so we can see when they unlock). Look, this is the last piece of advice I'm going to give you: if you really want to buy Ripple, ok fine fuck it buy it, but set a goal (1,000 or 10,000 or 100,000 XRP) and once you reach that goal stop putting money into it and try to establish a position in another coin. I honestly don't know what it is about Ripple but it really is a trap that filters a lot of people. It is already great that you made it past the first filter (which is that crypto is something you should put your money into; most people are afraid), but there are other filters and XRP is one of them. Goodnight dude do whatever you want but I'm not trying to hurt you.

What you're saying is what I've been suspecting for a while: XRP simply doesn't pump hard, and there are too many of the tokens for it to happen. Going to fold my stack into something else.

I made a shit load from last bull run with xrp airdrops, and the dex. Is super easy to trade on with low fees and a userbase with zero experience. Solo and rpr i had my best wins on. You can make money on xrp but not from holding. You have to either swing your stack or use the dex. Most dont want to because they are emotionally invested in xrp.

Truth be told is has some of the best fundamentals and does solve a huge issue with nostro vostro banking. It will pump in the future but you are locking your self out of gains by holding. Bag 50k to 100k and just ignore it. They arnt going for a small prize and they are well connected in the financial world. There is just more at play with the world right now, Western domination is challenged and others are looking for the same prize.

Do yourself a favour though and get on base before it's too late. You'll see the best gains here untill BTC inevitably crashes. These will be the money makers the next bullrun.

If you want to swing your stack, be comfortable with losing 50% of it and no more. Every time you get a 20-30% pump, take the % and sell that % of your stack. You know it will most likely dump and you can but back in. If you are wrong you have still made gains and you have 50% of your stack. Apart from that walk away. Base is what xrp dex was years ago, stick to 1mil+ mc projects with good fundamentals and you will do well.

Dont corner yourself into a blockchain it's an ignorant approach and shows your experience. I suggest using the same swing method as i had said before, dont allways aim for moonshots. Controll your emotions and take the % when you can. You have everyday untill you die to get rich, dont look for a lotto ticket you will be made a fool. You will lose sometimes and thats okay it is part of the process. No winner ever succeeded without failure.

Best of luck anon!
