It's supposed to be a satirical statement, but:

Try to picture what a public AI model would look like if it was designed to align with the values of the Bitcoin Whitepaper. That is essentially what this project is. We start with a DAO. ENQAI tokens have voting rights. This is what decides the direction of development for the AI model itself. Then you have nodes. The nodes are independent entities who have computing power (the hardware and electricity). This is essentially equivalent to miners in the Bitcoin protocol. These nodes connect to an power the AI when then stake ENQAI. They can also accept tokens from other users who wish to delegate their tokens. All these stakers/nodes receive tokens for their contribution to the network. To utilize the AI itself, users pay in tokens (just as they do with GPT), and the tokens are of course ENQAI. Their tokens paid are distributed to the nodes and the stakers. That's the basic layout of the protocol.

But what is the point of all this? The point is that we can now have a decentralized, peer to peer, censorship resistant, and immutable public AI. This is possible because our hardware is distributed, just as the nodes and miners of the Bitcoin network are distributed. The political and financial elites hate Bitcoin, because they can't control it. Soon they will come to hate enqAI. And they will be just as powerless to stop us. I have no enemies outside of the system. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. I support anything that disrupts the plans of our psychopathic overlords. Hence I support this project.

In short, enqAI protocol is the Bitcoin of AI.
