yes it's mainly been small startups so far
linkpool just updated their ccip dashboard and it's now doing $60k+ per day
https://dune.com/linkpool/chainlink-ccip
this is without wemix as dune doesn't support it
that $60k is mainly coming from usesingularity and xswap which are the first bridges and cross-chain swaps apps to rush to market
people are starting farming their coming airdrops
see swap image (on right)

these are small startup teams launching their products, so they are rushing to market to try and get market share
as they are part of chainlink build and are built around ccip from day one they have got there first
most will die but that's startups for you
might be worth doing some swaps and getting their airdrops
it's nice as with ccip you can do a swap without touching the other chain, ie. swap USDC on base to LINK on arbitrum without needing eth on arbitrum

the advantage of web3 games is that there is no canonical bridge so there can be no 'why are we using ccip instead of our own ... ''

very bullish.
also a concession that uptake of ccip has been slow until now.
eventually they will all kneel.

the type of usage some shills talk about though is still quite a long way away.

are stinkies hallucinating now? the thread you linked only has 2 posts with fairly constructive negative remarks, most everyone is positive
aave is fully exposed to chainlink through oracles so it makes sense to use ccip too as there's no extra risk
it's a completely different decision for truly independent actors who value their sovereignty

not sure
they have a leaderboard here:
https://xswap.link/leaderboard
some of the top farmers have sent $400k+ using ccip
that's where this revenue is coming from and it's only a few projects
maybe try and do three swaps and at least $200 in value or something, they might have cut offs
>>57979743
yes they are part of chainlink build
https://blog.xswap.link/xswap-cross-chain-swaps-protocol-joins-chainlink-build/
that's how they got to market so fast
but will be an airdrop for users of the protocol too, a likely more

also just worthwhile to use ccip for first time

Just swapped 50USDT(Arb) to AVAX(Avalanche) as a test. still waiting on finality though, been 5 minutes or smth now

when you swap you're gonna eat DEX fees on both sides. transferring is a lot cheaper. this especially matters for larger amounts. transferring 10k should just cost the ccip fee, not an extra $60 because of the swaps
