There was a ton of speculation that bitcoin was going to go to $100k back in 2021. For people following the rainbow chart, I'm sure many set their sell orders somewhere in the top red territory and got dumped on. I wouldn't be surprised if this cycle too, whales get skiddish and sell in the dark orange range (somewhere between $150k - $200k) which triggers the great price collapse and ends the cycle.
