There's a beautiful 1980's villa about 30 minutes from my city completely unrenovated for about 150k $. If i make it this run i'm buying it, installing solar panels, heat pump and getting chickens to farm eggs, planting my own carbs and veggies, and trying to be as self-sustainable as possible. For income i'm thinking selling the surplus of eggs, and getting a snow plow truck to plow in the winter to gain some income. Otherwise im staying in my house comfy as fuck. Might also do car work from my garage since i know a lot about cars.
