i was just thinking about this. for most of 2022 and 2023 i let my hair grow. I cleaned it up a couple times myself for weddings and such. so about 2 weeks ago i go in to a national chain haircut place and its 28 dollars plus tip which was like 20% 30% 40% 60%. All in over 40 bucks.

it is not coincidence that i picked up a electric shaving set from costco the next time i went. everything is so stupidly expensive, who do average income people even live? like fuck i make north of 100 and im broke all the time after rent and groceries, both car and health insurance sky rocketed this year too.
