Ive had newly graduated women hired as our team leaders. Everything goes to shit usually and many people leave or get fired. HR keeps hiring these people with 0 expertise. 8 hours of work is in reality 10 hours with commute + preparation. You sleep 8 hours a day.
6 hours left where you must do all chores and grocery shopping, so realistically maybe 3 hours a day where about 1 hour of that is just you getting ready for bed and planning for the next day.

So you get 2 hours of freedom every day.
Enjoy it wagie!!!!

I leave at 7 and return at 5 mon-thur but on Friday I get to be at home at 13:15.
I'm just terribly bored. All this dicking around in Excel/ERP could be done in less than 2 hours daily.
But I managed to integrate 15 days a year for national guard duty , plus the 30 days paid leave means I only work 200 days of the year.

Think of it like this - what was the last activity you did almost daily for 8+ hours a day that wasn't breathing? Originally, the trade-off was that you would make good money in exchange for almost 40% of your waking hours being used waging. But that ship has sailed a long, long time ago.

WFH was a small bone thrown to the wagie laborers, since it allowed a bit of freedom. But that was short-lived, and numerous CEOs & Execs gave bullshit reasons why they axed WFH like:
>better face-to-face working
>synergy
>we're all on the same page now
etc. etc. with little-to-no data proving it was better overall for the workforce.
To this day, I have never heard a good excuse for why an RTO policy was required other than "Because we said so."

Women think it's ok to lie. They think it's okay to play games. They think they're being smart. They don't realize it's fraudulent. It's fraud. They're liars. They're lying. They're telling you that water and shelter is that way, when clearly it's the other way, and they're making sure you trust them, using their feminine caretaking skills to convince you of this.

It's a lot easier to believe a woman is too stupid to be evil considering how pretty she is. But fraudulent behavior is evil. It's in all the workplaces. It's not alright. It's not heh funny, cute. It may have been fun in the 60s when you could be a harasser and a flirter as much as you want and girls couldn't get you fired for it.

Not anymore. Even if a girl likes you, she will get you fired for the rush. They admit this on podcasts. For one example, Whitney Cummings admitted she gets a rush from canceling people on Twitter. This was years ago when she admitted this on her Good For You podcast. And she has helped cancel her former best friend in the industry, Chris D'Elia, before.

Whitney is a crazy comedian bitch, I wouldn't say she's a good representation of women however you are right that women get off on deception. Lying to them is second nature, being honest is inherently a masculine trait.

Working isn't bad at all. Working with women is unbearable. 100% of bad office experience will be because of a woman, they just warp the work culture into this robotic inhuman social experience.

>> No.57561131

Somewhat, it all depends on the job and more importantly your colleagues. I work in healthcare, if I have to deal with a difficult patient then the situation is over as soon as they’re gone. You’re stuck with your co workers until one of you leaves, and working alongside someone you can’t stand for 8 hours a day is a different type of hell.

>> No.57561316

>>57550142
One of the reasons that people make 7-5 hell is because they're not willing to live below their means, push boundaries, or really do much of anything that's "scary." If you live below your means, don't get too worked up about shit like "nice" cars and "dates" with ungrateful women etc., and do things that make sense in your professional life, then it's not that bad.
>My boss sucks
Change what you need to change to make it OK. New job? Go get one. Work in a different department. If their behavior is illegal or against company policy, log their behavior and then report them to the board. Do what you need to do.
>The Commute
Get an apartment you can afford near your job. Get a roommate. Rent someone's ADU.
>Working with miserable people
Live below your means so you can leave any job at any time. Always be working on something on the side, never get complacent.
>Girls are annoying and I'm a child
...Don't talk to them outside of business purposes?

You don't have to do anything in life except die. Act like it.
