I am practically retired in my 20s though. I barely work and wouldn't care if I got fired.

How did the bum fights guy get on Dr. Phil to troll him? Somebody has to be good enough at faking the screening questions.

I don't understand how all the people making a lot of money are the ones always drowning in debt. Maybe making a lot of money isn't worth it if you have to be enslaved for 20 years to pay it off and begin running a positive balance.

They buy things prematurely. A cottage at the lake, two brand new vehicles, a large house, they never cook their own food. All of this during their first year in said occupation. Doctors do this straight out of med school before they've even had a chance to feel out their job. The reality of these jobs is they're really hard and mentally and emotionally taxing. Most burn out because they only did it for the paycheck.

In this sea of 1PBTID, I'll tell you some actual advice. You should instead work regular hours, but save aggressively. Otherwise, you'll retire as a cripple after working yourself to near death.

How you invest and for how long is entirely dependent on what you want out of life. If you just want to enjoy it and never work a day from this point on, take a vacation, maxed credit cards, and exit with a bag.

Reminder that if someone is going in screen and telling you what to do, that is their job. That is how they make money. They do not make money in the way that they are verbally telling you. They make money from people paying them to go on screen.k00y

They knew exactly who they invited and had prepared to shit on him very hard for exploiting homeless people for profit.
They didn't expect he would show up looking like Dr. Phil. They get what they deserved to be honest.

how so?personally even though I won't marry or have kids, I can't double up income by cohabitating and have to be able to have enough for myself

I'll still invest and save, but I figure I won't need to worry about it as much since I won't need a big house or pay to put kids through school.
My parents spent a lot of money on a genetic dead end.

Which is actually the smart thing to do lol. The money in your pocket is designed to devalue over time. Whereas hard assets will always just appreciate atleast to the devaluation of the currency. You should pretty much ALWAYS acquire hard assets ASAP
