buy butter, noodles (your choice of type) celery, carrots, garlic (the mashed up stuff in a jar cuz we lazy), chicken breasts, and 2 of 32oz containers of chicken broth. melt half stick of butter in pot. put in 3 chopped stalks of celery and 3 chopped carrots, cook for about 6 minutes. put table spoon of garlic in halfway through. put chicken breast in, let the bottom cook for like a minute or 2. dump in 1 container of chicken broth, then dump in about half of the other container. put in black pepper (whatever amount tastes good to you) and put in half a teaspoon of oregano. let this cook for about 20 minutes, then take the chicken out and shred it. put chicken back in, add the rest of the chicken broth and put about a cup of noodles in, let cook for 8 minutes. Chicken noodle soup is ready, makes enough to eat on for 2 or 3 days.

Those pizzas total 4000 calories in all. That will maintain a normal weight adult for 2 days. 3 if you aren't very active. A 5lbs bag of rice will give you 3000 calories and will cost you $3.50. With the remaining 6.50 I would get at 2lbs of black beans (3.79), another 3000 calories. With the remaining 3 bucks or so I would get bullion cubes (1.50) cook the beans and rice in water with the bullion for sodium and flavor. Your last 2 bucks look for step discounted meat, usually pork. 1 lbs will be 1200 calories. 10 bucks total calories 7200. Almost four days of normal eating
