Legally it seems to be a major pain in the dick. See if you can grab the EB2-NIW "National Interest Waiver". Basically if you can demonstrate that you can actually employ your skills to help the burguers with something they actually need, or that will transform their community somehow, they will let you in. And it's a greencard, it has no expiry, and it is not linked to a employer unlike H1-B.

Other than that there's the excellency visa.
Basically you need to demonstrate you're a gigachad in whatever the hell you're doing.

Finally there's J1 for internship/camp work/au pair which is a short visa but you can basically use it as an opportunity to maybe snipe a H1-B or some other stuff that I don't know exactly how it works. You can work with a J1 and that's important because staying in the US is expensive as fuck.

There's other things you can do but it's shady business territory. Good attorneys have other paths that I don't know exactly how it works.

USA is a totalitarian state with obscure medieval laws. For what I can freely do in Europe, I can end up in jail in USA. While prostitution is perfectly legal in all normal European countries and I can openly share my experiences with friends, it's so backwards in USA. You could have a PhD. and they could still reject your application. You could have no degree at all and get accepted. What matters is if you can demonstrate that you actually can do what you're saying you're going to do. Have you had a successful business in your home country? Did your business employ people? Can you show it to them? If yes, then I think there's a good chance they'd allow you in. Also, whatever you claim you're going to do in the United States, you don't have to prove that your business would be successful.
