If you’re not joking look to see if you qualify in a Roth IRA. As far as the major difference between a 401k and a brokerage account is you have to pay taxes on your money then you can fund your brokerage account. When you pull out money you are taxed on gains your money made.

Taxed twice pretty much.

A 401k is not taxed when you fund your account. When you retire and take out your money you are taxed on gains. Taxed once.

Eh not really. Tax deferred, company match, and presumably lower fees. Closer to a trad ira but not quite.
