Look at the LEND chart I posted and compare it to ICX now. If my timing is right, this DBC moon will be taking a break and going sideways about the same time ICX hits the lower trend again again. If you time it right, you might be able to do both. The two small ICX moons, the one going on now and then again in a couple days will only be about 60% each or so. DBC is gonna be much more than that, after the final moon (for now) is done later this week. By the time the huge ICX moon comes (likely similar in size to LEND's huge launch), DBC moon will be over.

Don't think shit like skynet and robocop, think financial firms that analyze stocks chemical companies assessing new compounds, etc etc. Many things require huge amounts of processing power (like mapping out the topology of a molecule), and they are first to market with this.

The whole reducing the cost of AI, distributed computing blabla is a whole lot of hot air. Training AI is inexpensive for 99.9% of companies simply because they do not have enough data for the job to be computationally extensive and even if they had, it's unlikely they would have the talent to handle the job .

For the 0.01% of companies who do, hardware has been cheap for a very long time. You can rent a Google Cloud computing platform to train an algorithm on TBs of data for a few $1000 bucks. And with techniques like transfer learning, there's less and less need for computation platforms anyways.

tl;dr DBC doesn't solve any problems, its project is useless. Good for short time gain, terrible long term prospects.
