There are a lot of lies and grey areas mixed into this project and when you dig deeper you will realize why no one has built any serious dapp directly connected to their business.

In fact the ones that had plans to build on icp moved to solana for the fact that they don't have to worry about icp deleting their project for whatever reason.

The only thing on chain is the website address, not the entire website data.

It's not about the better tech, it's about the use case and costs, rewards. There are no rewards for running icp, because literally no one else but dfinity is running nodes.

Avax is just a copy of ETH with a few additions. It is in fact a scam chain.

Solana isn't all that impressive but neither was BNB, and that's mostly what people were looking for, a replacement for BNB as many do not trust CZ's group.

If I create a business tied to crypto, I'm going with solana or eth + (layer 2) Why would I put trust in a 100% centralized blockchain where the dev's can't even answer why the price of their token went from $2 to $700 back to $3. All they spew about is their tech show, but it's not much different than what's been going on for decentralized chains.

the biggest reason token value goes up is because token is actually needed. in order to host your dapp/website on ICP, you need computational cycles. computational cycles can only be received by burning your ICP. the bigger your website (think social media/games) the more cycles it will consume, the more icp you need to burn. now imagine a world where ICP actually succeeds and becomes the extention of the internet and hosts millions of websites. what would a single ICP be worth? it will be the actual digital oil unlike iExec tries to be.
