Happy New Years boys and girls of Biz! I have a business that is very rewarding but have an alcoholic partner and work like 80 hours a week to keep it together for what ends up being around $5 /hr. Hope to find an exit strategy this coming year to cash out. Crypto has been good these last few months with ~3x gains and cashed out on a covid real estate investment this last summer, which allowed for a decent throw into the market at a good timing. Also made some health strides this last year, which allow me to work so much at a high energy. But attitude has been turning pretty negative and I don’t think my soul is at a great place

I was homeless 8 years ago, so overall happy that Ive been able to turn it around some… just don’t want to be slave to my own business for much longer, as I doubt my body can keep it up

It's 5:30 in the morning here in Denmark. I'm drinking coffee. Went to bed before the fireworks. My parents are away with family. I didn't attend because I'm ashamed of my current situation (33yo ex heroin addict living with mommy). I would've been a multi-millionaire by now, but I spent all of my 2011-12 Bitcoin on darknet heroin. I work a shit job in a factory and dump 90% of my money into XMR. I see this as my second chance at making it: [Crypto] History is repeating itself, XMR is taking over the darknet, muh legit investors are scared of it, but utlimately the technology is unstoppable.
