I made a thread complaining about my eyes getting irritated after hours of looking at charts, people told me to use the dexscreener app on my phone to put price alarms so i didnt' have to be looking at the screen 24/7. Now my eyes dont hurt but im getting tired of hearing the notification sound over and over again. How am i supposed to stay sane while trading?

Read that entire article. There's a whole series in that, 7 books isn’t enough. This business takes years. You require a statistically proven plan to make rigid decisions of:

That’s all trading is. 2 dimensional. 1 and 0. True or false. Green or red. Black and white.
A business plan helps this and you don’t have one that’s proven if you’re mentally exhausted. Trading isn’t rocket science but it can seem as such when you don’t have a strategy/plan figured out. Finding your edge is the tough part. Not the trading. Give it time
