You don't need a single satoshi. BSV is bitcoin btw. You can do everything you want using TAAL merchantAPI and pay them any currency as a transaction fee to put your data onchain. All you need to do is email TAAL and negotiate a contract. I could pay them in corn if I wanted. I could pay them in hashrate, eggs, gold, USD, pesos, etc. Pay them however you like. Satoshis aren't necessary at all.
