First of all a new civil war is breaking out over ordinals. There will be a hard fork.

Second tether has come under new scrutiny coupled with the fraudulent trading and price manipulation of Binance (which will be totally be gone by next year or restructured in an unrecognizable way).

And lastly COPA. CSW only has to prevent them from proving a negative, not that he is Satoshi. From there his copyright becomes immensely more enforceable.

All of these issues converging create a massive shit storm that destroys any chance at an ETF. Especially when the BTC chain itself will likely split next year and could lose it's brand name to boot. They have until March to make a decision and you better believe they won't be making it until then.
