Found that the Philippines is one of the better places to hire out of. They work cheap, don't have an obstructive accent, and are already trained as most large companies have a presence there.

For anyone doing business on there. Take no crap, close contracts quickly, always be difficult, the price is never the price (it's much lower).

no commercially available code assistant is going to be able to write you a complicated application. fuck, i can barely get GPT-4 to help me refactor a single (complicated) module.

im sure you could train one that would be as good as your average dev, but it would probably cost too much to be commercially viable, speaking from my experience working with AI companies. right now a good sized app is just too complicated for them.
